Information related to your Pinterest account
To manage your Pinterest account, you grant us the access we need to work within it — for example, by adding us as a collaborator or otherwise authorizing us to act on your behalf. In the course of providing our Services, we work with:
- Your boards and Pins;
- Pin and account analytics (such as impressions, saves, and clicks); and
- The content and scheduling needed to publish and organize Pins for you.
We access your account solely to provide the management Services you have engaged us for. We do not sell your Pinterest data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than managing your account for you. You can end our access at any time (see Section 7).

- Usage data: pages viewed and how you interact with the Site.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our Site and management Services;
- To create, schedule, and organize Pins and boards on your behalf;

4. Third-party service providers
We share information with trusted providers only as needed to operate our Site and Services. These currently include:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Managing your Pinterest account: compliance
When managing your account, we follow Pinterest's business guidelines and spam policies so that our work is good for you, for other pinners, and for Pinterest. We:

- use the access you provide solely to act on your behalf;
- retain account-related data only as long as needed to provide the Services; and
- stop accessing your account and delete associated working data when our engagement ends or you ask us to, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as our engagement is active or as needed to provide the Services, and then delete or anonymize it, except where longer retention is required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
7. Your choices and rights
- End our access: you may revoke our access to your Pinterest account at any time through your Pinterest account settings, or by letting us know.
- Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting hello@pinfluencemedia.com.
- Ending an engagement: when our engagement ends, we stop accessing your account and delete associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined.
